all you have to do is ask
put in a ticket reminding me of the down time
frankly though these little $5 accounts
it costs me more to give you a few days then the days are actually worth
wages here are about $15-20 an hour
the $5 slots are worth $0.16 an day
that's why I don't go adjusting everyone's account for a day here or there
done on mass it's just not worth my time
but for the odd person that asks I don't mind granting you some extra time

I have fixed my website from a backup and changed all the passwords
id like to think iv blocked the hacker but who knows
on the positive side it appears all the hacker did was replace the index file so not much real harm done

I try to setup offers and server config to please everyone
but crap happens and some times it's just out of my control
as for your question
assuming you mean 500 Indian Rupee
that's worth nearly 6EU
my 30GB HDD plan is 6
my 10GB SSD is 4
and my 15GB HDD is 4 (5 in CA and NL)
my prices are already to low any I really can't offer a discount

to get admin rights you have to pick an admin plan
so all the other users know the risk they are taking
im not saying you would do anything
but just yesterday we cot someone trying to get credit-card info from one of the servers
some how I don't think that user would have said that was his plan when buying the slot
with Admin access comes the option to do anything you please
it's not right to expose general users to that risk
if you buy an admin plan then you know the others have it to and you can safe guard yourself from such actions
