I hate skype

and prefer not to be contacted threw emails as I have no account info on you there

the best way to reach me is by putting in a ticket
and say at the top you wish to speak to Martin
then my staff will leave it for me
 
I respond to tickets before going to work and again when I get back
I have 3 staff responding to tickets and just added a forth

I have rebooted the server in questions
sorry for the delay but I do respond to tickets
I sapose the best proof of this would be a snapshot of my sites ticket stats

take note of dates 7-8 (my sites time is a bit ahead of mine maybe 5-6 hours im not sure)
but don't respond to tickets ?

it really ticks me off though
most companies I deal with im lucky to get a reply within 24 hours (really lucky)
my client's rarely wait 12 and I keep getting complaints
even have people saying I should respond in real time
 
I tried and I can only say fast, stable and powerful RDP I saw and tried.
Really, blessed your every dollar which I paid for your RDP !

sorry for slow responce
im having a Vary busy day and someone keeps coming and dragging my away from my computer
impossible to get anything done with people around

anyway the server is back online nearly everything installed again

OVH calls it a hack but when ever I look at there logs it's really just someone doing a DDOS attack from one of my servers
I expect your file host accounts are perfectly safe
but never hurts to change your passwords just encase
