In Cheap Encoding what does "Torrent Only" mean? Does it mean that I can download from Torrents only?

the server I have available demo slots on is having some reboot glitch OVH is looking into it

by torrents only I am referring to CPU usage
on them servers the only thing that can run non stop week in week out is torrents

also what is the difference between cheap encoding n cheap admin plans ?
I mean in cheap encoding plans u will install app on request , right ???
whereas in cheap admin we can instal it on our own ???

the difference between encode and admin is
1 twice the space
2 you don't need to ask permission for installs
3 you can run just about anything you like unless another user complains (no DDOS)
4 10 users on server instead of 15

im currently out of demo's
im setting up a new server and will setup another group of demo's on it later today

It shows 25 GB on website.
But 50 GB on wjunction.
Which one is correct?
