yea I got an email from my web-host this-morning saying there server is under a DDOS attack (for last 24 hours)
seemed fine to me yesterday
but im not getting any response today
 
websites server is under DDOS attack
but RDP's should be fine
which server are you having trouble with ?

iv checked my RDP servers and all are online

My site seems fine now
but im concerned that someone may have paid an invoice during the last 24 hours and not gotten tracked
so if you Paid in the last 24 hours then please login and check to make sure your next due date is correct

I'm looking for server for remote desktop, now use dedicated server is too expensive and your prices are interesting. I would like to receive a demo account

Ok, I have tested the 10GB demo you had provided and must say it is great.

Are 10GB and 25GB users on physically different servers? I wish to go for 25GB purchase if that account is not clogged by 10GB users.

If they are on different servers then may I please request 25GB demo for a short while just to check its performance too.

yes 10 and 25GB clients are on dif servers

I have 3 main plans all on identical servers but each plan has a server all to itself
each server has 4 drives
2 120GB SSD one for OS one free for everyone to share
2 2TB HDD users get there privet space from the 2 HDD

10GB 120 Users
25GB 60 Users
200GB 20 Users (and get encoding rights)

Performances of both 10GB and 25GB demo accounts were exceptionally good. Keep up the good work friend !

Since 200GB plan users are allowed to encode, CPU usage would be touching 100% most of the time. This is my only doubt in ordering 200GB plan otherwise I will have to opt for 25GB plan.

May I kindly request you to provide me a demo account for 200GB plan so that I can decide whether I should opt for it or not.

and yes the 200GB server is often at 100% for CPU
not as often as id expected though
infact I don't think iv gotten a single complaint from it yet over CPU usage
could be wrong though hehehe

anyway it's full so sorry but no I can't give you a demo on it
do have a guy 4 days over due though so may soon have a slot available
 
im not seeing any new orders that have paid
can you confirm payment ?

payza only reports back when you use funds already in your Payza account
not when paying from a CC
then they just put the funds on hold for 2 weeks and never do report it back

When do you plan to get more stock of the 200GB HDD plan?
