well today support is pretty responsive Screenshot by Lightshot
just over 30 min average first response time
I have 21 staff but quality of response will depend on who is responding and the subject
most delay's come from people posting in the wrong department and the staff in that department just ignoring it cause it's not for them
im trying to improve that but it's not like im paying them a lot for there time


services are instantly setup when the invoice gets marked paid
but Paypal don't like RDP and they closed my account
took them over 3 years to get around to it
but now they are tracking my domain and I can't use auto tracking on new PP accounts
so payments need to be confirmed manually
that's the main reason I need so many staff, to try and limit the time it takes to confirm a payment
 
in more then 3 years of business I have only ever had to kick ONE user for DMCA

my DMCA system is
First complaint from Data-center - delete file and warn client
Second complaint from Data-center - delete file and lock client out till he responds back to this ticket
Third complaint from Data-center - kick client from the server

I personally couldn't care less about DMCA but the Data-center dose care so I must act
they send me an email saying I have 24 hours to respond
I can't just say F YOU and expect to keep the server
do I do the above and inform them I have done it
IF you are who I think you are then you ARE NOT kicked you are on stage 2
you need but respond politely to be let back in

i have 6 newly registered accounts so far today and 10 yesterday

if you give me your email I can make an account for you
 
im guessing your slot hasn't been made yet
VPS slots are made manually
I would advise opening a VPS ticket as the person responding to your current ticket has no way to help you

I see you have 3 tickets but you have not offered any proof of payment in any of them
just saying you have paid is not proof of anything
you need to provide some proof of payment in one of the tickets
then your invoice will be marked paid and the order will be added to the list to be filled

hmmm looks like the ticket was sent to a different department

so ill wait and see
