Get website certified in Alexa

Hello,
I am looking for a favor: I want to get my website certified in Alexa, but I have a problem:
I need a verified Paypal account to get that done, I can't get a verified Paypal account because of the restrictionsof paypal in my coutry.

I am looking to get a verified account from someone and I will only use it to certify my site in Alexa, all that is under his watch via skype or teamviewer. After that, the contributer can change his paypal pass.

I will appreciate the help very much

Why do you want to do that? Alexa Rank is worthless.

Alexa has unrealistic Ranking and the ranks can easily get faked ! absolutely not trustworthy !

Google lol, Alexa makes money from the overhyping of its rankings. Majority are paid rankings and just bot algorithms.
