And We don't have any nodes until monday to cater new-order's.

We're confused here.

You're saying you're IP is .50.
But there is no emails quoting that in you're ticket's.
And we have already refunded the name you submitted the ticket from.

A refund has already been processed and .50 is not you're IP.

That IP is from User: ankurs

Not sure how you got it.
 
yes the ip is in my control panel..... i used with RDP but dont have a password and the access dont is possible.... sorry for my bad english...

Can you please submit a support ticket.
As this is not a support thread it's just getting spammed with support query's.
 
i submitted the ticket... but i dont understading all of story VPS before Yes after no.... not understand. I'm tired and want to go to sleep ... good night everybody. sorry for disturb.

You're refund has already been sent to you.
.50 is not you're IP. we told you if you want a new service you must re-order.
and re-pay the invoice. if you have not recived a refund please take it up via 2checkout.com
 
So, I have not questioned your refund, I did not like the fact that before you have given me the ip etc.. etc.. and then nothing ..... However now everything ok, there was a bit of confusion ..... now I have sent a ticket for:

VPS 2028
Ram: 2GB DDR3
HD: 250GB Raid-10 Space
CPU: Dedicated 4CPU!
VMWare EXSI
Window s / Linux
Only 4 to Node!

with Windows 2008 64bit
