i just bought unmamaged VPS.

i just got
Virtual Server Control



with reboot / shutdown etc etc


started with serial console.


how do i use terminal ssh in mac.
i can't even know how to use :facepalm:




tried tried and tried


i tried several time to install kloxo.. but it did not installed...
i have tried this

but still... at the last step

Once kloxo is installed, you can connect to http://YOUR_SERVER_IP:7778 and you will be presented with a login screen. Login as admin with password admin and once you are in, Kloxo will ask you to change the default password to a secure one.

this does not shows up. :( and i have to restart all over again.

how much time does it takes to install. + is there more steps to complete.

between after installing i can use the IP url :7778 ???
 
Which host are you with by the way?

Most probably they have free re-installs which is automated, and if lucky enough
they may even have a template with CentOS + Kloxo.
 
I think you are trying to access kloxo with the ip of control server ip do check you use the server ip cheers and all the best with unmanaged vps

does it takes time... as in my terminal.. i see

i have CentOS 5 32bit + Kloxo
CentOS 5 32bit + Kloxo

re-installed.

hope everything will be going alright.

As it's regarding us, let me tell you that we have a CentOS 5 32bit + Kloxo template in our VPS control panel.
Also, if you had opened a ticket asking for manual installation of Kloxo (that you could not do it), we would had done it for you.

It depends on the server , thought takes around 5-10 mins.
After successful installation you can access it with IP:7778.
 
Do you currently own 2 dedicated ip's on your server?

If not add a-record to your domain so it directly points to your webserver, But with that option you will have to make sub domains manually using a-records then setting them in your server to point to the correct directory.
 
i just got 1 Dedicated I.P .

so i will have to point the DNS server to my dedicated I.P

Right !

i.e NS1.websitename.com to Dedicated I.P ?
 
If you have setup a dns template already in kloxo then yeah just go to your registrar and create the relevant child name servers and point to the IP.
