Freelancer to build Android VoIP client from GPL package (CSipSimple)

Can someone advise me where should I search for a freelancer to build a custom VoIP client from CSIPSimple GPL package for Android. This client has many VoIP profiles already, but I want to have my own.

Any help to find a freelancer ?
