They are related to BitShare. Payments can be up to 90 days delay to turn green and some more days to have cash in your wallet after turned green.
But they do pay, that's the diffrence beetween other filehosts.

yes, they do pay for now. but if you start with this host now, you run the risk of losing 3 Months total of payout if they stop paying/close shop 3 months later.
same as bitshare. both take ~3months to pay.
