Forum accepts urls on posts

I got ban from lot of forums due to adding my url on posts, can someone give me a list of forums which accepts ours urls?

Indeed most forums require you to put your links between <code> tags, because it looks nicer.
Some filehosts (depositfiles) require you to have a referrer also.

You might specify what kind of forums.

I think he's asking for forums that accept the link leading to posters' website.

P.S. I doubt any forums allow that, out of many reasons of course:

1) you're their competition
2) your website could be infected with malware
3) your website is messy
4) they simply don't want to lose any users

Every forum allow links but you will have to make at least 100 posts also links must b helpful not just for site promoting purpose .
