Don't know about payouts, but it's been around a whole lot longer than FileServe, Wupload and such.

Haven't had any negative experiences with them.
 
I liked the PC Client idea. The website owns a very nice, clean and easy to use theme.
btw, I haven't found about file deletion after last download.

Thinking about start to use it.
 
I bought premium and working on it with full power, very creative solutions, I hope you will be long live :)

anyway, don't you plan a "copy" function so users could crate backups?
