Hello,
Sorry for the time of the response, when this version was released as we have said, she was unstable, we have worked in recent weeks to make this version fully stable.
We have made some improvements :
Protect access to your files by a password added
Public links for folders added
Button publish/unpublish added on page My Files
Bugs on page My Files corrected
Export selected option corrected
My referrals page corrected
Remote Upload progress bar corrected
Payza added as payment option to buy a Premium account
Information to better understand how to use the Remote Upload added
Upload results page improved
Check URLs page improved
and many others things... now we work on the next improvements and we have a big roadmap
We receive currently many fraudulent payments via bank card, we work to prevent the fraud, for now you can use one of our others payments method.
New payments methods for Premium and payouts methods for Affiliates are coming.
All files uploaded are automatically scanned by our Antivirus for security reason, a false positive is always possible, even if there are low chance for this.
Note also that you need to send us the virus total link and describe what kind of file you want to upload, otherwise we can't check this, you can open a ticket on our support with the details if you want.
Your account has been upgraded to Premium.
All these problems are because we work always to increase the security of our service and this time we have added a new security system too scrict, we have corrected this after that the problem was detected.
Now all works good but if you have any other problem like this, please open a ticket on our support and describe your issue.
From now we will be regularly active on WJunction.
We don't allow adult content / porn on our service.
We will not change the minimum amount required to request a payout with PayPal.
We have not received any payment request from an user called "tiendax1dolar".
We are not scammers, we have not interest to scam you, usually the scammers doesn't take long time to work on its websites like us because they delete their websites after to make new websites, we are a serious filehost and we are here to make business.
Note also if a filehost want to scam you, there are many better ways to do this, by example they can don't count a part of your downloads, because don't paid the new affiliates when they start to use the filehost and when they request their first payout (usually when they reach the minimum amount, for us it's only 10 €) is not profitable for scammers and in addition of that, I don't think that scammers make a legal company for this (or maybe offshore ? but this is not our case).
We have currently a issue with WebMoney.
We can offer you 2 solutions to get your payments :
1) Wait that we solve this issue with WebMoney, this can take time and we can't said you exactly how much because this depend mainly of WebMoney.
2) Choose another payment method between Payza, Neteller, Skrill (Moneybookers), PayPal (minimum 100 €) or Bitcoin.
If you choose the 2nd solution, please open a ticket on our support with your username and the method that you have choose.
We have remove WebMoney as payout option for our Affiliates untill this issue was resolved, thanks for your understanding.
For those who have already chosen an other payout processor than WebMoney, the next payouts will be issued Friday.
