i have scared myself for a moment because i beleaved that is something wrong with my account but now i'm calm, i know it's the problem from filesonic and will be fixed sooner or later.
So calm down people, we all got the error, owners know it and technicians working on it.

its not even 30 mins. People just like to cry and cry. It will be back asap. Patience. Go do something in the mean time. Outside in the sun :)

Support very bad, lifetime premium user, ask HISH many time (digitalpoint), ticket ID 64457 for 4 days but still no answer.

"Our promise to you: if you are not satisfied with our service, our support team will ensure that all your issues are resolved." -> in premium page.

Very disappointed.
 
It seems for all kinds of RU, Download Status: Pending (always)

EDIT 1: it's working now, let's see how long takes to copy the file in the server after download it.
EDIT 2: everything seems fine now
