no way for upload on filesonic
remote upload = pending
ftp upload = low speed and pending
http upload = very low speed
 
does anyone else have "issues" with the sales
i did like 20 sales last week,but the last 2 days,nothing at all
what gives?
 
Payments are made every Tuesday automatically, without any requests! :)
When unpaid balance will be payout ?
Am Waiting for payout.......:(
 
Hello,

I have a few issues.

Some people are having issues downloading even with a premium account. They are from singapore. as the domain moves to .sg the download links are being messed up..

Please can you tell me what the issue is and how this can be resolved.

I am now on pay per download because I did not get any sale in this past few days.. unlike before I got 2 to 3 sale a day very sad ...
 
sales will be less day after day because everyone is premium now lol

i also didn't get any sale when i was on PPD program i got daily 1 sale in my status

now i change plan there is no sale

and also site ftp is working fine just uploaded 78 files with same speed and normal transfer to filemanager

Hi!

People are introduced to filesharing everyday and therefore everyday there are many people still buying premiums! Also, many people will move hosts , thus , also having more sales :)

can this be fixed, will be?
or i will have to export all my files everytime i want to find the links

In Manage Files when i select 2 or more files and i check on selectable i get short links like these
/file/numbers1/filename1.rar
/file/numbers2/filename2.rar

i used ti get whole links

Hi guys,

the issue with slow moving of files once the upload is done, will be resolved shortly ! We are expecting everything to go back to normal in the next 4 hours.

If you select them and click on "generate link", doesnt it solve it?
