I thing FSc still evaluating what to do.

If you ask me Megauplaod didn't closed just because of piracy, there is many thing involving in indictment against MU.

They (MU) earned more than 4 mil. $ in 2011 and they did that without affiliate program , it's about 10k $ daily or they sell 1.000 premiums daily !! Looks like MU owner use MU for money laundering ...not to mention that Smitz was already known for criminal history and in raid police sized shotgun in one of MU owner's house. Also in indictment they mention racketeering...

So I don't think that FSc doing all the things that MU did...
