Ricky please answer me in these questions :

1. Is allowed to reupload copy of file (backup) when DMCA delete them .
(If YES , then how many times) .
2.Is allowed to upload from from different places (for example from my PC but when speed is slow , to upload from VPS ) .

CloudShare said say yes it's allowed , but I want your confirmation .

Not retrievable for the downloaders.

Upload will still work, however, some links you won't be able to give to your friends as they won't be able to download it. It's only partial for SOME files that are none-downloadable since it is not ALL servers affected.

I also have a problem about Requesting My Money to the account Balance
I requested the money on (03-06-2011) and till NOW .. the status is Pending

what's going on Please ?
 
Yeah seems like transferring from Earnings Account History is delayed. usually should have been transferred by now and clicked on payout button :(

The transfer usually happens on Tuesdays + yesterday was a holiday.

Sit down and relax.

What the hell are you saying? I'm not making things up. I'm just saying usually I should have clicked the payout button by now. I'm just agreeing with the dude back there.

There has been lot of times recently where the transfer has occurred late on Tuesdays.

All I am saying is...
No need to comment on 'things being late' until Wednesday comes and you do not have money in your payout account.
