I believe I have explained my situation to you via pm.

Could you inform me when will my account be reactivated? Or do you need more proof of innocence to have FileServe consider reactivating my account?
 
Lot of people banned. Really weird..

its almost a year I have been with them.
I don't use Jdownloader. Only use IDM for downloading.
I never had any problem. I had problem once with downloading, ricky fixed through pm...
 
been using fileserve for several months, this is the first time it happened to me...

probably a change in policy?

weird that my filesonic remains intact

last saturday/sunday i try to import to my account a fileserve file !
I use my login in remote upload and after this moment I can't download with my prémium account.

I'm only user of this account ! I don't give password for anyone !
Only me know my password... and my account is blocked to download... Can you do something?

when I try download, I have a message '' Download Failure.

well 24 hours are passed and my account is always blocked !

Problem with premium account

Today I bought a voucher for fileserve and activate it, but when I copy my files, I get the message: "The size of the file ... Exceeds your storage limit." Why, if I have unlimited storage? Please fix/unlock it.
