If you are not offering PPD anymore you need to remove this information.

i just had time to read the full dicussion. Sorry for the delay but i enter less often to the forum this last week.

First of all after the iKoruna's change in the payment process i am in complete madness for finding a way to solve and get payment processing easier... it is already a week now that sales have dropped enough. but a partner just told me we can do it

if everything goes fine we should resolve it in a couple of days with that partner...

also, apart of that, as you may have seen in Cyprus there have been problems recently, and the accounts have had problems too...
the company is based in Cyprus. so you can imagine... you understand that except the payment processor this had to be solved as well. so new things are getting planned...

so it has been a difficult week and that's why i haven't been on the forum all the time.

server 3 had a downtime yesterday and it got back yesterday night... sorry for that

Good to know, sales dropped almost to half since last month, which is really strange as im getting 1-1.5k downloads everyday and was making alot more last month.

Help with Premium Key

Hello!

I've bought a one month Premium Key for FileMates.com, after applying the key I got a message saying that "now I am a premium user" or something like that.

After that, my "User level" is still "free"!!! Why? Tried to apply the Premium Key again but i got a message saying that "This Premium Key does not seem to exist or has been previously been used. Please contact the ADMIN at info@filemates.com and ask him to help you with your premium KEY!". I've sent an email to info@filemates.com but still no response after 24 hours!

Help please! Thanks in advance!
