I already told you what to do, submit a ticket and go via our customer support to have your problem resolved. Since you don't understand that a PM needs to stay private I am not entertaining your continuous spam into the thread.

I'd be using your service right now if I could rename the whole file name and not just the title. EX: video.wmv , only lets you change the video, not the wmv.

It's needed in cases when remote uploads don't have the correct extension.

In my case the files have a "video.wmveahaeolnhaertohn" and I can't remove the crap after the .wmv extension.

I have done that and that's why i'm here because i never received an answer from the customer support.

I paid for 1 year of the premium service and i was working very hard with the uploads to filejungle.

This morning i found my account disabled, can you please help me here?

By the way, the account is disabled but not the files that i have uploaded.
 
i talked with Monik (that girl from digital forum) and she told me FJ working on some protection remote FJ >FJ files
any news ?
im bit angry whenn i see some kids remoting my files so fast w/o downloading
