Thanks for your feedback here, I am sorry that you guys have to face it again.
The site status is closed at the moment, so it's not we shaving, it's we have to make it temperately stop running for PPD program, will explain it later

first, thanks @mared00200 for standing here to give the true reason for others, it takes courage to come out and speak about it, especially for u, and what I explain here is what truly happened.

alex will not be able to pay uploader cause his adsense account has been disabled and lost the earning . so there is no ads in the site right now

that really bad news . looks they don't have the enough experience to use adsense in such sites
so now the site lose all this money . what will happen to the uploaders ?

What he mention is right, our Adsense account is disabled, we lose all the earnings from them.
The reason of it is because there is someone asking us some info that related to FILEINZ for free, which we have to refuse to do so, that is why he trying to attack our adsense account to make it banned for the first place, and he made it.
What we will do next is to talk to Adsense team as soon as possible to find the root reason, try our best to fix it and get it back, this might take 15 days. We do have good connection and understanding about the policy, we've have some problem with adsense when the copy right problem last time, we were banned for 3 days, but after that we made it clear and nice, that is why we get it back again, as for this time, we will also do the same. But if this can not work, we will also try to find some other ways to support this site.
For the site condition, as promised yesterday, the root problem that causing "download count looks confusing" is resolved, and the new server's download also start fast now. If it wasn't this problem, we can go for another 3 months smoothly.
So over all,
1. Fileinz will be in closed status, although we allow user can still upload and download here, we will still maintain all the set of this site as usual, but it's sad that we may not be able to pay for your downloads.
2. All your files in Fileinz, we will keep it as usual, will not delete any unless we received DMCA report on the files. And will not ban any of your account, you have your right to do anything on your files to make your own decision.
3. We will keep updating on the latest status of this project, if have good news will send to your registered email asap. In the meantime, we will keep integrating Fileinz project, to make it perfect for everyone.
4. We promise all your current earning will be paid within 7 days after your request, as the member who holds the payment is operating at the data server side.
For all uploaders, I've know so much people here with this project, I hope this project could be long term, as well as with all the friends I made here. That's why we will try even harder to make this project going back.
Also thanks again for all the understanding and trust from you guys, we promise that we will try our best to make it running again for you guys and for us. Also for the members who thinks we shave or cut the earning, we hope you know that we tried our best to count everything perfectly and right for you guys, but we also may make mistakes, hope you still can understand about that. And we believe the counting confusion is all gone now.

if there is anything wrong with your downloads in the past, I hope you know that there might be mistakes we made, but we certainly not doing that on purpose, we want this working 10 times harder than others, so if you don't get downloads, we can not survive either I think.
Hope if we can come back, you can find us better and join us, or you can find some program that you happy with.
