I can not say more sorry for the problems that happens right after Fileinz's reopening. That is why we hardly sleep for the last 24 hours to figure out what's the problem, and now we found it and we resolved it, now the servers is counting good.
Before I start to explain about it, for all the friends thinks that we may trying to cheating and shaving your earnings on purpose, I will just state here again, we are not doing any of that kind dirty stuff on purpose in Fileinz.
Why is the problem happening:
This is all because of a bug happens in one of the new set up servers, let's name this server SX, so if your files is located in SX, the counting would had problems for the last 24 hours, and now this problem is resolved by us. SX is the newly setup server that we prepared for this month right after probation period, we set this up during the probation period, and copied 10% of the files from the old servers to this new one to reduce heavy traffic pressure for the old ones.
What we do to resolve this problem:
We just moved all the files in SX to the old servers, so now when your user download these files counting would be no problem at all, we've tested it with Australia user, Singapore user, US user and Canada user.
Hope the words above can help you well to explain the situation first.
Current situation:
For now, there is another bug we found which we will trying to fix within 48 hours, this bug will cause confuse for you but will not reflect to your earnings. For each download, there would be 2 record showing in the downloading history, the first one will show no amount, and even sometimes the IP is wrong. But if the download is completed within our server side, there would be 2nd download record, which shows correct IP and earning. We've tested it with Australia user, Singapore user, US user.
If you need some prove, you can Skype me some of your file links, I will try to download it for you, to prove we count the finished download.
How we would like to make it up for your loss earning:
As we present in the beginning, this is all our fault and we do feel deeply sorry for it, and it is our responsibility to try our best to make it up. So for the people who having problems in your earnings, send your ID to either my Skype for a fast discussion or you can PM to me, we will look it up asap to count your loss and pay it back. For all users, only users who have files in the server SX will have this problem, so it's easy for us to check. In this case, for uploaders who haven't upload any new files within the last 1 week, the counting should be correct.
Again, now the earning is counted correctly, for each download there will be 2 download history in your list, but the first one is incorrect. Only the finished one is correct. Kindly contact us in Skype, I can download your files and you can see the result.

I've stopped uploading until all this is solved. My users wait on stuff I've on the pipeline, but it doesn't make any reasonable sense to continue uploading & posting when ~70% traffic goes unaccounted for.
I suppose I was very premature in my positive posts a few days ago.
