@fiberupload: I can't disable the Secury Lock because I haven't received the email with the link, in the past I had to wait seconds to receive the link but now I don't see any email in my inbox.

I hope you can help me.

update:
I've received the link, but now I can't change the information, after I click "Save Settings" I get the message "Settings saved successfully" but the Payment Info goes back to Bank Wire.

If you get the message " Your setting have been changed successfully" means that have been changed. The dropdown menu remains the same, but the data is changing.
