and it was mention in email that

you have been suspect for identity theft , hacking, credit card fraud and your local police will come to get please co operate with them.

above message was similar to that he received and after this message next line their was a link from this website

http://www.equifax.com/home/en_us

he dont have full link of this website coz he deleted email permanent and when this email has an signature with it also

when i went to addthis.com website, i notice you can register their with any email address , i also register their with some gov username ,

so my question is , is this some kind of joke , or fake email ?

thats what i think , they never warn you

but what makes me think is this website

this website is for credit card data protection , it might happen my frined did some activity with others card , and they file complain against him to FBI

and he is not from usa so i think thats why they sent mail to say please co operate with local police

This is in fact a fake email. We deal with cases all the time. They do not warn the suspect they are coming after because then the suspect could flee. They negotiate with local authorities and build a proper case before coming after the suspect. Furthermore you would have received direct notification in warning prior to them deciding to come after you. Meaning you would have gotten multiple slaps on the wrists lol.

your right so what i think thats with this website , www.addthis.com u can make any fake email and send to anyone

i tried myself made an .gov id their but i did not find option to email anyone

FBI will come anytime to arrest/catch you if they want or catch u suspect. They will not give warning or they will never tell that they're coming to arrest you. Trollzzzzz. Made my day :)
