I tried it with 10 proxies and my server and home connection.

Too many captcha errors and sometimes there is no download button to download the files.

which browser are you using? we have tested on IE,firefox and Chrome with registed and anonymous users. did not find the issue you said. to IE, possible the page has not been loaded completely. anyway, please let us know if you still have the issue and browser's version etc information

As from our testing, we did not find the issue on captcha . possible is browser's compatible problem. while the download button will appear after the whole page loaded. we would try other captcha system and test on more browsers. please igve us more time
