im searching for EU based (pref NL or DE) windows VPS/VDS with sas or ssd drives for maximum io.

Network speed 1bgit or more and traffic usage limited to keep off bandwidth hoggers. bandwidth limit ~5TB per month

OS Windows Server 2008 R2
Disk 20gb or more, sas/ssd
Ram 1GB or more
Line 1Gbit or more
Traffic ~5TB p/m
Budget ~$50 p/m

i have hosthatch NL 2gbit windows vps w/ ssd but they offer unmetered traffic to users and im pretty sure that is causing network slowness/lag during high usage hours - thats the main reason why im searching for limited traffic plans, so there would be no bw hoggers

edit: hosthatch promised to upgrade network capacity within 2-3 days, so if they succeed then im not looking for vps anymore :)

I updated our original sales thread, the network upgrade was completed as planned. Can I ask if you are getting better speeds now? If you have any issues now, get in touch with me and I'll make sure they are fixed asap.
