I have been using a specific host for quite a while now, but have become disappointed with speeds, reliability, and being part of a spammy/blacklisted by spamhaus/gmail IP range. My site has been running for almost 5 years, no DMCA complaints so far, so quite low risk.
Requirements:
Approx 40GB disk space required.
300-500GB bandwidth.
At least 1GB RAM (2GB+ preferred)
Online support
Established (at least 1.5 years)
cPanel
At least 2 domains allowed
Cheap extra IP addresses (unblacklisted)
If sharing server resources between clients, need a company that doesn't overcrowd servers.
Monthly budget - up to $50/pm (currently paying less)
Payment types: Moneybookers/Skrill, WebMoney
