What filehosting sites do you recommend that aren't in USA, has a good earning rate and does not block USA traffic? I need to upload my composed music but my usa fans can't download them.

Filebox.com its hosted in switzerland like Rapidshare, cool speeds for frees, 5 sec waiting no captcha, the max speed i got was 16 mb/s in free, max filesize 1 gb for frees

pays but the rates are low
