Are these a bad idea to have or not?

Was just doing some looking up, and users have to have legit infomation etc.

It's NOT going to be a full blown warez/torrent site, just going to make a private general forum with afew downloads hosted offshore.

Personally speaking, I'm not a big fan of .eu domains. But its just my opinion

Use P.O Box address with false name or a mail forwarding service i got a couple which i use for pharma sites, and landing pages got couple dmcas nothings happend so far.
