Well, first of all, why did you post it in the Webmaster Resources ? You know the section is for only stable & useful resources.

What to do now ?

• Improve your design.
• Change the logo
• Think something out-of-the-box
• Report this thread to be moved in 'Site Reviews' section
• Get constructive replies.
• Work on the suggestions.
• Understand what majority of the people need (better image loading time)
• Work that out.
