Buying Embed Privacy Video Player

I need a video player script

- Can play mp4, webm video from URL. (360,480,720,1080)
- With Domain protected.
- Encrypted EMBED links creates.

Admin -

- Put the Protected domain
- Put the VPAID ads / banner.
- Pre role / mid / end role. ADS
- add video via URL - (360,480,720,1080)
- create the single embed code URL and iFramed
- Can see the views / how many times plays the video.
- Generate an URL with ID and Pass word for User.

User -

- User can loged in via the URL from Admin.
- Can see the views / How many times of plays the video.

Video wont counts plays from URL direct. If the iframed some where else video shouldnt plays. Simple

if anyone knows this kind of script exists . let me know or someone can build that too,, I like to buy.
