email host on own domain

Hi, Everyone,

With thousands of email users on own domain, it is a lot of work for admin to maintain or create accounts.
Is there a domain host, where the end user can reset their own forget passwords,

currently most hosts use cpanel, thus admin has to create maintain each account

No as of now there's no such feature in cPanel, your users can't create their mailboxes outside cPanel. However, they can reset their mail passwords via webmail.
