Okay so i have been free the last week and i just got done with a template.
Note: everything in the template is custom made by myself.

The theme will be already coded in HTML and remember, this is just a landing home page, I'll happily through in a custom logo and a second (Plans/Pricing page), Third normal text page for a extra 50$.
One time sell: 100$ (already coded) | 150$ with 3 pages and a custom logo (high quality)
or 25$ per copy (no reselling rights)
whichever has more audience and buyers.
