Good evening ,
I have an query please
I want to change my payment account info
and when I do this ,It asked answering Question

And when I type it , it show me that wrong

And I don't remember actually that I enterd that form when I Registerd
So .. I can't answering And thus can't Change my info
I hope I found solve

@Duckload,

could you resolve the filename problem when do RU from fileserve? every file I RU from fileserve was attached "_" at the filename extension. ".avi_ .rar_ .rmvb_ ...etc"

you can set the results per page via the gearwheel in right of the search function. We don't get a export function, but if you activate the checkbox of like 100 files you can find the links in the bottom in a simple text format.

is duckload trying to scam this days ?
i have 3 accounts on it
ids : abdofox , totymusic , abdofox54

i didn't receive my last payment from them
like 120 USD from the 3 accounts

i made tickets and all answers
payments had been done to paypal account
WTF ... how come i didn't never choose paypal as my payment method
i didn't put any emails at paypal section

so is this a scam ???​
 
They are having issues with paypal atm, they will pay so dont worry.

and nice of you to opne your own thread, and then post it here :s - one of the other matey...


and why 3 accounts? that's a tad stupid imo... why not have all on one... ^^ unless you are self-refering which is against rules
 
3 account not mine
me and my brothers and we all transfer on my alertpay cause i am the only one having account on alertpay

i hope they will send money to alertpay
cause i need money necessary
 
they are also having alertpay issues - you should read the thread first.

and you should just use one account if you have one payment account,,,

like i wrote to you in the tickets, we take a look for that problem and fix it as fast as possible. Also like fatfighter said, at the moment we get some problems and probably will payout next week.
 
Duckload, I know you have loads of problems right now, but you must get your attention to this problem. The system doesn't count premium downloads, you must tell that officially and stop hiding or fix those problems because now people are getting less money, as you see there is people who has this problem too, so you must have a look at it! I am actually very disappointed and I think I will go to other host.
 
Anyone knows how to RU from Fileserve to Duckload? Because of the filename extension problem, all files are corrupt, I thought that's fine coz you could rename it after downloading. But the files were all corrupt, it seems you cant RU from fileserve. I know I could do RU through some remote websites, but you must pay for the service. Is there a way to remote from fileserve or filesonic through the DUCKLOAD main page(RU function)?
