I don't see anything wrong with this. If someone stole millions of dollars worth of product that wasn't digital and sold it they would be facing the same consequences. Obviously its a lot harder to steal material goods than it is to steal digital goods, but either way they were costing other companies millions of dollars, if not billions since they aren't even charging like itunes would.
 
Funny, I don't recall seeing anybody towing away cars from the houses of the banksters that nearly DESTROYED the entire economy a while back. I'm sure I just missed the story, right?
