Does netload.in allow usage of same premium account from 2 different IPs ?

Hi .. I just purchased netload.in subscription and I want to use it to download from the two parallel internet connections coming into my house ... i.e. simultaneously download from netload.in from 2 different IPs, using same Premium account ... Does netload lock/ban the account ? ... For example, Filesonic allowed this, but Fileserve would lock the account for 24 hours ..

I've been usi g multiple IPS for a very long time and They never complian
Where do They say the maximum numero of concorrent IPS we can use?

As a matter of fact They locked my account, here what happened, have fun:

Guys even my account has bene looks out, i've tried to contact them but no response ,
Some of you said someting about to much download?
I am a PREMIUM user and here what They say:

No download traffic limit!
Downloadspeed up to 100 mbit/s
Unlimited parallel downloads
Instant downloading
Download Manager support
No subscription! no auto payment!

Now They locked my account cause, according to them

I wrote to them explaining that it is not true, here is the email:

They did't even bother to acknowledge my e-mail

Is this a behaviour that a PREMIUM user can accept,
If They do not fix it i'm thinking about to sue them
 
Sorry, but downloading from two different IPs at the same time is account sharing!
Btw: How much traffic did you use approximately and how old was your account?
 
netload have been more strict recently since the rise of debrid sites. resulting in many people on dynamic ips and people downloading from 2 ips at once getting automaticly blocked. this wouldnt be such a big problem if they had some quality support (but they havent for many years)

best you can do is mail them repeatedly including a german translation

WHERE did you read that i cannot use more than one IP?
As for the traffic ..: a lot, but the say "UNLIMITED for Premium users"

As stated before: let's stop using/buying Netload account,
no account = netload dead

I use 2 IPs all the time and have been for since February when i got a Netload premium account. I'm using home (US) and RDP (France). Never had a problem with them.

On one hand They say max 100mbit/s., faterà freq. Line They say "PREMIUM users have have guatante ed UNLIMITIED bandwith
?????? They do not say unlimetd up to ...
So again how can you trust them
But since I'm a network administrator i can use a simile trick, They mus know!, NAT!
So ONE IP using 20 pc.
Last but not least: the fact that They suspense it without notice and invoices remain unpaid i doubt is legal.
But since They say customers are important WHY They do not even answer mail emails?
Sorry, too many people are ha ing. The same problem (google it)
