Does Adult Site Pop-unders may result to Google's Punishment/Rank Decreasing?

I want to put Plugrush's or Juicy Ad Network's Pop-unders into my NSFW blog. I know ; mobile redirecting is causing the Google deindex penalty. Does it also available on popunders? So, pop-unders may result to Google Ban or rank decreasing?
