Yes currently our main site is down and we are looking into it.

The interface depends on the OS you choose. If you choose windows you can connect using RDP and if you choose linux you can connect using SSH or VNC.

We can install Windows Server 2008 R2 on any VDS plan and no there is no extra charge.

Sadly the web hosting provide who is hosting our website is giving us issue from past 2 days, For the same reason our website is down from past 18 hours. We are working on a fix and ETA is 6 hours. All pending orders will be completed within 3 hours from this message.
