if it possible i like to refund me, because i do not use your server, on the picture you can see, i ordered on 27 and on 28 it was down, till today still i do not have access,
please if it possible refund me, if not...never mind :) :handshake:

I'm sorry to ask this, but @Rox in your signature it says Support not answering on time?

I wrote a ticket about 7 hours ago and I still did not get an answer, is this normal or your average response time is usually fast but today just happened to be a busy day ?
 
Too slow ticket reply time now a days. created a ticket about slow RDP yesterday and got reply today after more than 20 hours about asking that is there problem still remain and problem is still there now let's see when it will fixed
