Hello, why can't I buy a RDP here. Everytime I was about to buy one, it never takes me to the paypal page and then it says that it is high-risk. I do not even know why.

waiting hole morning for my rdp .... topic created , paid and all i have got is : This is a billing notice that your invoice no. 1039 which was generated on 14/10/2014 is now overdue. in my mail ..
