Review of Dedimonster.com

Hi,

want to give you a neutral Review of Dedimonster.com

I bought the FR Rocket (Rocket RDP) server for 35 USD.

Facts which I noticed:

24 GB RAM instead of 32GB RAM
10 Gbit Port Speed but maximum 1Gbit throughput.
The server has no RDP License (License will run out in 120 days)
CPU is equally shared, other users use the server for encoding, so It can happen that your servers CPU is often at 99%.
Admin rights for only the first 24h.
Server is firewalled, so you will not be able to user a incoming port.
The desktop and the program menu is full of programs installed by other users.
The website dedimonster.com offers no SSL support during the order process.

Personal experiences:

I asked Dedimonster.com because of the high CPU usage to transfer me to a dutch Server. This never happened. My tickets got ignored.
So I opened a Paypal Complaint Case. He never responded to this case, so Paypal refunded me!
The support is in my opinion very bad. Have never seen so bad support as before.
 
Can't say much on your review, but some facts.

24 GB RAM instead of 32GB RAM - I have both servers, 24-32GB RAM, if you got a slot and you asked for transfer, did not happen, i am sorry for that.

10 Gbit Port Speed but maximum 1Gbit throughput. - Possible it goes back to 10Gbit port in short time.

The server has no RDP License (License will run out in 120 days) - Sorry but that's normal is that an issue, i guess not.

CPU is equally shared, other users use the server for encoding, so It can happen that your servers CPU is often at 99%. - If it is equally shared, you will get CPU no matter if it is 99% or not.

Admin rights for only the first 24h. - You get them every time you install apps.

Server is firewalled, so you will not be able to user a incoming port. - Not agree to this part, looks like you were using the server for something else.

The desktop and the program menu is full of programs installed by other users. - Why did you buy a shared server, cant help it.

The website dedimonster.com offers no SSL support during the order process. - Whoops, sorry but it is low margin business now.

"transfer me to a dutch Server." - I don't even sell dutch servers, looks like you are posting review for wrong person.

Your tickets may have been ignored, i am sorry for that, since you got refund i am happy for you.

The support is in my opinion very bad. Have never seen so bad support as before. - Looks like you signed up only to post a completely unrelated review which has half facts wrong about my services and this is why i believe paid media is crap since people come up to blame for anything or everything without even correcting the facts. And another thing - This is the thread for dedicated server not RDP SLOTS.
