I hate to be a pain in the ass as it looks nice but with the exception of the circular logo you could code the whole of that skin in CSS. You wouldn't need the PSD at all as CSS supports gradients and radius boxes which is all that skin contains.

A good coder could take your screenshot and have the whole thing done in an hour.
