No real hosting company or datacenter will ignore DMCA's or complaints despite what most say.

We allow users to burst up to 25% CPU usage. If a website is constantly at 25% CPU usage then their site has out grown shared web hosting and they should consider moving to a VPS.

MY website recently suspended by Knownsrv for reason that it was using high resources,
my piece, knownsrv is grt had almost 99% uptime in 3 months, but just never use their shared hosting, donno when they kick you.
