Basically Encoding RDP, but with ADMIN powers. ADMIN powers is to install your software and to run those apps that require ADMIN power. Strictly no interference in other clients business.

The list of installed softwares will be a huge one :) . I can tell you that almost all the daily need softwares are already installed. And more can be installed upon request via tickets/skype. Provided they arent harmful to any person or entity.

Sorry for the delay in replying, WJ didnt sent an email to me on your reply. I guess emails are sent only when a fresh reply is made. I dont visit WJ, unless i have a reply :)
Each plan has a different number of max user. You can find about it in the order page.
We have added the max number of users / server in the order page itself. We dont hide anything from our clients :)
