create file hosting

i want advice from all he know
i want to create file hosting like ( clicknupload etc... ) and i want to know about it more.. with a full detailed if possible.....
- which hosting you recommend it for medium budget...
i know they using a server but how they have ultimate space with it , and if has another way them get a ultimate space from 3d party service how they conecting all things together cuz i not get it yet
