Sorry for the misunderstanding, but indeed, this harddisk is dying as shown by
the many SMART self tests errors. We will of course replace the disk, although
you'll have to make back-ups yourself, as our servers are unmanaged.

We will reinstall on a new disk, including cPanel, afterwards you can then
import your backup. In which way are you planning to make the backup?

Dear,
I believe that if you have a valid cPanel backup, the recovery of the backup
should be just a few clicks, you'll have to confirm this with the cPanel
helpdesk though.

This is a serious problem. What I suggest, is shutting down your web server and then taking your full account backups. This way the server can focus on the backup process, and not serving web pages.
