5*: I was trying to sign up on their shared plan on annual term (was getting an amazing deal on it) and my Credit card was getting declined continuously, so i started a live chat session with the support and they tried their BEST to help me out, i ultimately used a different CC for purchase but this showed me their support level.
Working out really good so far atleast.
