I think open new site

I use 1 gbit port and setup rapidleech on site

after I add more premium accout(RS,MU,FS,FSonic,HF,NL maybe duckload and turbobit)

after CPA script add. after give everbody

can I earn money or not?

my server and premium money total= 50$

it really depends on how good you gonna advertise your RL site, u'll need to drive at least 600-700 unique visitor a day in order to see some income
 
As ive seen in much forums & sites cpa gives 0.60$ for every survey
So i think you can handle it ,like dede110 sad. You need to adverties your RL Site
 
I used to earn with CPA.
It's good method and you will earn much I guess.
Most of people use blackheat methods for winning and that is bad for company cos' they cannot protect their advertisters so...too many cheaters.
Hopefully you got a site with visitors and you will get $$ whiteheat.
I prefer you site with movies ;) I used to win thatway.
