Converting PDF To Editable Doc Format

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone help me to convert the following PDF File to Editable Word Format. I have tried Numerous Softwares But its converting it into images.
here is the PDF file.

I always use Acrobat to convert PDFs to DOC files. There is an export function in Acrobat which allows you to convert that. If the PDF is an image, then you might need to use an OCR to change it to text.

I have also installed Adobe Acrobat Pro. Just want to know if I can have the same fonts which are used in the PDF as the output in word. as when I am exporting the PDF file the output is coming in Times New Roman whereas th font of the PDF is something else. Is it because those fonts are not installed on my system??

Or just use the free OpenOffice.Org to do the conversion.
