Has anyone tried or is currently using Contabo as a server and a file storage provider?

What is your experience with the support team, uptime, and reliability of their services?

I am asking this because I am planning to add Contabo as a backup server and file storage. What caught my attention is their storage service, which doesn't charge any fees for the transfer, both upload and download.

My sites are hosted on my friends server which is with this host I have no idea about tech support I have never contacted them. There was only one down I remember it was sorted out in 1 1/2 to 2 days. I am not counting the server down for 7 to 10 days because my friend was late for server payment.

My site has adult content and it has never been banned so they allow adult content. I do not know if they allow other types of warez I would never run a hack site forum on 95% of web host.
